1. Make sure you clean off the soiled area first!
2. Saturate the area with a generous amount of the Odor Eliminator. It should be wet!
3. For best results on soft surfaces, it should be moist for at least 4 hours (up to 12 hours for extreme cases and big jobs)

Help! My Carpet Still Smells
Unfortunately, this means that the smell has gotten down into the actual carpet padding and sub flooring. This occasionally happens in homes with years of buildup. Got Pee Odor Eliminator will still work on the padding! And we recommend pulling up the carpet/flooring to actually treat the subflooring underneath. However, saturating may also be possible to seep into the padding successfully.
