Help! My Carpet Still Smells
Unfortunately, this means that the smell has gotten down into the actual carpet padding and sub flooring. This occasionally happens in homes with years of buildup. Got Pee Odor Eliminator will still work on the padding! And we recommend pulling up the carpet/flooring to actually treat the subflooring underneath. However, saturating may also be possible to seep into the padding successfully.
Treat it like a stain soak! Pre-treat the area for a few minutes first before tossing it in the wash, it should be fully saturated!
